Sunningdale

Pia is a senior physiotherapist originally from Italy, with
a Bachelor’s in Health and Exercise Science and a Master’s in Physiotherapy.
She’s also a certified Yoga Teacher, specialising in the integration of
physiotherapy and yoga for a truly holistic approach to rehab and wellness.

Pia combines evidence-based physiotherapy, yoga, and
functional training to help clients restore mobility, build strength, and
improve overall functionality. Her approach supports both physical and mental
well-being, encouraging long-term recovery and a healthier connection with your
body.

Living an active lifestyle herself, Pia brings real-life
understanding and empathy to her work, empowering clients to move better and
feel better through personalised, compassionate care.
