• Clinically examining and assessing patient needs from a physiological and psychological perspective and planning clinical care accordingly
• Prescribing and reviewing medication for therapeutic effectiveness, appropriate to patient needs and in accordance with evidence-based practice and national and practice protocols, and within the scope of practice

Jane is an accomplished Advanced Nurse Practitioner with over 36 years of nursing experience, bringing expertise and compassionate care to every patient she sees. She trained at St Bartholomew’s School of Nursing, London in 1989 and has since gained extensive clinical experience across leading healthcare institutions. In the last 27 years she has works as a Nurse Practitioner in St Thomas’ A&E department, St Bartholomew’s and Guy’s Minor Injury Units, Weybridge and Ashford Walk-in Centres. She has 9 year’s experience working as an ANP in local GP surgeries.

Currently, Jane also works as an ANP at the NHS GP Acute Illness Clinic at St Peter’s Hospital. She is highly skilled in diagnosing, treating, and prescribing for acute illnesses and injuries, as well as ordering investigations such as blood tests and scans. She also offers travel health consultations and vaccinations, sexual health services, ear micro-suction, and wound care.
