Advanced Nurse Practitioners are clinicians who can also see for some GP type appointments. ANP skills are advanced with a high level of knowledge and can see patients on the day for a range of acute illnesses including coughs & colds, ear, throat & chest infections, urine infections, bites & stings, rashes, minor injuries including sprains, strains, cuts, wounds & burns and musculoskeletal pain.
